The Student Leaders In Training Program (SLT Program) is a discipleship program that provides high schoolers with the opportunity to strengthen their servant leadership skills, grow in community with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and sharpen their focus on continuously building God’s kingdom. This program is designed to encourage high school students to seek God above all else and exercise their faith in tangible ways.
The Student Leaders In Training Program combines the schedules of a Camp Harvest staff member and a Camp Harvest camper while incorporating unique experiences only offered through this program. SLT members will leave camp with an experience to remember and confidence to spread the light of Jesus to a dark world!
So Who Can Join?
This program is designed for high school students who express an active faith in God, consistently seek to become more like Christ, and desire to grow their personal relationship with God.
Applicants must have finished their first year of high school by the start of this summer. Applicants who will be juniors and seniors this upcoming fall will get priority. Seniors who will graduate this spring are greatly encouraged to apply for Camp Harvest Program Staff; however, they may still submit an application and be a part of this program.
