Every summer, Camp Harvest hires a diverse team committed to serving Christ by assisting campers and churches in all their camp and ministry needs.

The Summer Staff is an 11 week discipleship program where you will be filled up and sent out to serve out of the overflow of your spirit with Jesus Christ. Team members are primarily responsible for providing the enthusiasm, adventure, and logistics to make sure that summer campers have a safe, impactful, and exciting visit to Camp Harvest.

If you are looking for a way to deepen your relationship with the Lord and serve Him for an entire summer, this position is for you.

    • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that yo are willing to share!

    • Must be 18 years old on or before June 1, 2024.

    • Must be available May 20, 2024 – August 10, 2024. (some flexibility upon request)

    • Must be willing and able to pass background check.

    • Preferred to be able to swim, as most all team members are trained as lifeguards.

  • $2,000 to $3,500 paid in 5 bi-weekly installments with an end of the summer $500 bonus. Compensation is based off of previous summers at Camp Harvest and position. (Housing and food is paid for)

  • Other available opportunities within summer staff include:

    • Worship team member

      • Particpates and practices with the band to lead the congregation in musical worship

      • Band members we include are vocals, electric+acoustic guitar, bass guitar, keys, drums, and AV technician

    • Health officer

      • Facilitates all medication, all health check in, and basic first aid for all campers.

    • Aquatics facilitator

      • Oversees the waterfront & boat areas by implementing the waterfront guidelines as detailed in the Waterfront Manual and Staff Training Booklet. Understands Waterfront guidelines thoroughly with the ability to give a detailed report to the State Inspector if called upon to do so. Must be an adult certified in lifeguarding

    • Spiritual leaders

      • Oversees some of the shepherding and spiritual needs of program staff along with the camp director. Must be comfortable and able to lead a bible study

    • Photography and social media facilitators

      • Captures the fun and experience of camp through media and relays that through social media

    • Store Manager

      • Coordinates the inventory and sale of merchandise in the camp store and snacks in the moo truck and snack shack. Leads team members assigned to these areas.
